Goods purchased from our online store are processed and shipped as soon as possible.  Once we receive your payment, we will advise expected delivery times. In cases where an item or items ordered are out of stock we will contact you with details of when the goods are expected to arrive. The number of shipping days is the length of time it may take to ship your goods from the date of dispatch, and not the length of time it will take to receive your goods once your order has been placed.

Please inspect all goods for damage when they arrive. When you accept the goods it is deemed that the goods have arrived undamaged. As accidents may happen whilst goods are in transit. Please contact and notify CURVABOARDS if your package or goods arrive in a damaged condition.

Your tax invoice will be sent by e-mail and included with your delivery.

Payments can either be made by EFT or PayPal ( credit/debit - the choice is yours).  All identity details are securely kept and not shared with anyone.

For all payments, goods will be dispatched once your payment has been cleared. Shipping times may vary depending on your method of payment.

You can trust that your order will be processed as quickly as possible based on availability of product and based on a first come first served basis. We can ship products to most destinations in the world.

Our shipping charges are based on weight and size. International shipping costs may vary depending on current shipping rates as determined by the shipping method.

Some countries have import taxes/fees such as VAT and customs charges which are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to applicable authorities for those particular countries or destinations.

Applicable Australian G.S.T. tax applies to all sales. Other taxes may apply to your particular destination and are the responsibility of the customer.

Prices and shipping costs are subject to change without notice. Prices and costs that are on the website when you submit your order will be the amount payable.


If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us first. You may return your items for a prompt refund or exchange if unused and in “original unassembled ” condition. If you find any parts not to your satisfaction please contact us as we may replace parts based on your reasoning. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping on exchanged items unless the exchange was due to an error on our part as evidenced by a disparity between items shipped and items shown on your order. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below and PLEASE include your return shipping and contact information. If your return was initiated via webforms or email conversation with us, please include a copy of the email. Sometimes we get a returned product with no contact information, resulting in our inability to provide service. Returns and refunds are based on a case by case basis.
